Järfälla, October 2026
Dear parent,
I have a fair idea of what your week looks like. Preschool closes at five, a meeting runs late, the train is cancelled, and you are two people trying to make three calendars fit together. You sort it out every time. You sort it out from scratch every time.
My name is Aleksandra Stoyanova and I have worked with children for more than ten years. In 2023 I started Happy Nanny because I wanted to give families something the big agencies cannot: a person. Not a list, not an app, not someone new every week. The same nanny, who gets to know your children and whom you get to know.
I interview every nanny myself. Based on your hours, your children’s ages and, if you wish, the language you want the children to hear at home, I suggest a nanny. You meet her in your own home before you decide, free of charge for about 30 minutes, and you commit to nothing. We speak Swedish, English, Bulgarian, Spanish and Arabic.
It costs from 165 SEK per hour after RUT, the Swedish tax deduction for household services, which we take off the invoice directly. It is all there on the prices page, with worked examples, because I think you should know the price before you pick up the phone.
Call me on 073-720 44 32. It is me who answers.

How it works
Four steps, in the order they happen
- You get in touch. Call 073-720 44 32 or email info@happynanny.se. Tell us which days and hours you need help.
- I suggest a nanny. Matched to your hours, the children’s ages and the language you want them to hear at home.
- You meet her at your home. About 30 minutes, free of charge. The children are there, you ask your questions, and you commit to nothing.
- The first session. I follow up afterwards. Then the same nanny, week after week.
“Aleksandra is an incredibly competent and reliable nanny. We feel very safe.”

What you will know about your nanny
I meet and interview every nanny in person before she is placed with a family. I take a current extract from the Swedish criminal records register, ideally the same day as the interview, and go through paediatric CPR with a certificate or check questions. I call the references myself, two or three from real employers. All our nannies are insured with Trygg-Hansa while they work. And you meet her in your own home before you decide.
We are the employer. Salary, employer contributions, holiday pay and responsibility sit with us, not with you. You get an invoice with the RUT deduction already taken off.
