We are a small company, and that is the point. Every nanny is employed by us, interviewed by Aleksandra herself and checked before she is placed with a family. Here is who we are, by first name, how long we have been here and which languages we speak with the children.

Before the first session
Every nanny has been through this
A two-step interviewPhone or video first, then in person with Aleksandra.
Criminal records extractFrom the Swedish police register, current and ideally issued on the day of the interview.
Paediatric CPRA certificate, or a run-through with check questions and a refresher.
ReferencesTwo or three from real employers, ideally involving children.
InsuranceLiability insurance with Trygg-Hansa during working hours.
Trial meetingYou meet the nanny in your own home before you decide.
Languages
You choose which language the nanny speaks with the children
Everyone speaks Swedish and English. Aleksandra also speaks Bulgarian, Denise Spanish and Doaa Arabic. If you want the children to hear a particular language at home, say so when you get in touch and we match accordingly. And because it is the same nanny every time, the language becomes part of everyday life, not a lesson.
